These terms govern access to the MediCore hospital management platform. Hospitals are responsible for user access, patient consent, data accuracy, statutory compliance and appropriate clinical use.

Subscriptions

Features, limits, billing cycles and trial periods depend on the selected plan. Paid services may be suspended when a subscription expires or payment remains overdue.

Acceptable use

The platform must not be used for unlawful access, fraudulent billing, unauthorized disclosure of health information or disruption of the service.

Clinical responsibility

MediCore is an operational software platform and does not replace professional medical judgment.
